The Arrears Management module process is designed to allow Housing Officers to speed up the Arrears procedures by allowing the user to monitor arrears, send out letters and upgrade an arrears case as the arrears increase/decrease. Arrears Management will also review which arrangements have been made and whether these are being adhered to. The process can be updated at any time or automatically at End of Period.
