SDM were delighted to be sponsors of Cernach Housing Association’s 20th Anniversary Black & White Ball.
In July, they celebrated their birthday in style at the Pond Hotel in Glasgow.

Cernach’s work in Drumchapel, Glasgow, included a stock transfer from Glasgow Housing Association in 2010 which saw them acquire 444 houses and grow from 331 to 775 properties. They also have 20 stock transfer properties and property manage for a large number of owners. Since becoming customers of SDM, Cernach have been pro-active users of the system and Anne Fitzsimmons, their Corporate Services Manager, has just taken over the mantle of Chair of the Glasgow SDM User Forum.

The ball was attended by a wide variety of friends of Cernach including staff, Committee, other local Housing Associations and contractor’s who work with the Association. This included our own Training Consultant, Liz Bowden. The guests were entertained by an after dinner speaker, a singer and a disco.
