With a dedicated team of customer service personnel, SDM is able to offer a support service that is second to none. This is achieved both via the telephone and also with the use of modem connections. All calls received are recorded, prioritised and monitored using SDM's computerised Call Logging software.
All modules have a detailed Help and error message system, which gives users a step-by-step guide through routine procedures.
