Ex housing associations staff and professional trainers carry out the training, which can vary from one-to-one, group or class-room style. All training is customised and tailored to match the individual requirements of the customer.

In addition to onsite training, SDM publishes a programme of seminars and classroom training sessions for all customers, which are carried out in central locations in different cities.
