To support our existing customer base and sustain our future growth, SDM requires a highly self-motivated, Training Consultant. This is an excellent opportunity to work within the UK’s leading applications software provider to the Social Housing Sector.
Your prime responsibilities will be to provide a training, support and consultancy service to existing and prospective customers of SDM. This will involve the delivery of end user training to our existing client base, consultancy, systems advice reporting, analysis, testing and troubleshooting.
We are looking for a well-educated outgoing, self motivated, determined professional with the energy and drive to maintain and grow our training function within our client base. Experience and knowledge of the Social Housing Sector and/or a proven track record in delivering computer training or consultancy is essential for this role.
You will need to show enthusiasm, determination and the ability to work on your own as well as having excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with a desire to achieve and exceed targets.
