Training and implementation

As preparation and training are the keys to the success of any computer system - SDM places great importance on these and recommends a full schedule is drawn up and agreed as part of the installation process.

Ex housing associations staff and professional trainers carry out the training. One-to-one and class room style training are both on offer.

Online Help

All modules have a detailed help and error messaging system, which gives users a step-by-step guide through routine procedures

Help Desk Support

A dedicated team of customer service personnel are able to offer a support service that is second to none. This is achieved using both the telephone and secure telecommunication data links.
 
All calls received are recorded, prioritised and monitored using SDM’s computerised call logging software.
