Rents and Housing Management

The SDM Rents & Housing Management module is designed to allow housing organisations to cater for all their housing management needs.

The system can operate standalone, or be incorporated with other modules within SDM's suite of fully integrated Housing Software. The software caters for single associations as well as for multi-association or multi-office environments.

The Rent Accounting Package can integrate with the SDM Finance modules as well as Repairs & Maintenance, Voids Management Waiting List, and Automated Arrears modules. In addition, data may be easily exported to other software applications.
