Implementation and training

At SDM we place great importance on ensuring a smooth implementation of your new software, backed up with high quality training for your staff.

A full implementation schedule is drawn up and agreed as part of the installation process.

The training itself is carried out by our professional trainers, many of whom are former housing association employees. The training can be delivered on a one-to-one, group or class-room style basis, as requested by you and will be customised and tailored around your specific requirements.

In addition to onsite training, SDM publishes a programme of seminars and classroom training sessions for all customers, which are carried out in central locations in different cities.

Talking and listening to our customers

SDM hosts regular Customer Forums in England, Scotland and Northern Ireland to provide an opportunity for SDM customers to exchange views, as well as discuss and agree future enhancements. By working in conjunction with our customers we ensure that the software is always developed to match their user requirements.

We also hold an annual SDM Customer Conference, to give customers from all parts of the British Isles the opportunity to meet, network and exchange views, ideas, etc.
