Zebra Housing Association based in Kensington, London have been using SDM Housing Software since 2003. They currently use our Housing Management, Repairs and Finance Modules to provide service delivery to international students in over 130 properties.

In my career as an auditor and then a finance director I’ve dealt with a lot of different software helpdesks, but SDM’s is head and shoulders above the rest.  The team are incredibly helpful, hugely knowledgeable and patient with users trying to explain their issues.  The use of TeamViewer as a default support option allows the team to look at your data & setup and so produce solutions that work for your individual business and allow users to see how to do something on their own screen in their own system.

Training Service

SDM has consistently provided high quality training to our staff, covering both the essentials of the system and the individual differences in our own set up and systems.  The trainers have found a good balance between providing information, demonstration time and Q&A sessions so they have consistently scored as good or excellent on our training feedback from the team.

Using the Software

SDM, in common with most software providers, operates a module system tht makes it easy to understand where you need to go to perform different tasks.  The menu and interface options are self-explanatory and allow users to perform the majority of functions with little guidance or training.  Having said that the training we have undertaken has allowed us to make full use of the system, cut the time taken for routine tasks and improve our reporting from the system.
